Alive in Joburg- This is the short film directed by Neill Blomkamp which turned into this summers District 9. This is also the film Peter Jackson saw that made him think Blomkamp would be a good fit to do the HALO movie, a 175 million dollar feature film based on the video game series. Sadly that fell apart, luckily we got District 9 out of it. This is nothing short of awsome if you ask me. Look for a cameo by Sharlto Copley who wound up playing the main character in District 9!!!!
